Description	Rogers estate Part 2. This is an online auction only. Bidding started on March 5th and will go until March 24th at 5PM Pacific time. We will be adding items for the first week or more, so don't be surprised to see the number of lots grow. We will not ship furniture, items prohibited by local carriers or anything that requires a special box. We will charge the cost of freight plus a handling charge. Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. 1. All Sales are by lot number listed in the catalog. If the quantity listed for a lot number is greater than 1, then the amount bid shall be multiplied by the quantity listed to determine the total bid price. No lots will be split or broken.. 3. Online bidders will pay with Visa or Mastercard only. All sales are final at the fall of the auctioneers gavel or the close of the timed auction. We retain title to all property until we have received payment in full. Bidders must contact us with credit cardsinfo within 24 hours after the sale has ended. 4. In addtion to the total bid price, buyer shall pay a 10% buyers premium, all sales taxes, shipping, and transfer fees. 5. ALL PROPERTY IS OFFERED FOR SALE " AS-IS". WE DO NOT WARRANT THE FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR CONDITION OF ANY PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE. ALL EXPRESSIONS OF GRADE, CONDITION AND AUTHENTICITY ARE ONLY OUR OPINIONS, AND NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTY IS MADE. 6. ALL FIREARMS are sold as-is. We make no warranty as to the condition or fitness for use. This is a transaction between you and the seller. All statements regarding the usability of the firearms are the opinion of the seller. Firearms will be shipped by a licensed FFL to a FFL in your area. If you are not able to pass a background check, please do not bid on the gun. 7. In the event a dispute arises, related in any manner to the auction or the property, buyer agrees with us to submit the dispute to final and binding arbitration in Union County, Oregon. No party shall be entitled to attorney's fees or costs. Our liability shall be limited to the total of the bid price, buyers premium, sales or use taxes and, if applicable, license or transfer fees. 8. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, PACKING, AND INSURANCE COSTS. We will ship small items, jewelry, coins, and light lots. All large lots and larger items will go to a local packing and shipping store and the buyer will arrange to pay all costs. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY FURNITURE ITEMS. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.

Payment Terms	Payment is by credit card only and due upon your receipt of our invoice post auction. At this time Hi Bid does not process credit cards for us, so we will need to get your payment information as soon as we have prepared and emailed the invoice to you. If you need shipping, let us know as soon as you receive the invoice and we will get you a quote on shipping fees so your card is only charged once. If you are the successful bidder on an item, you must pay for the item, even if you decide the shipping is too high. Call us at any time if you have questions. We want to make this process a very positive experience for every customer.

Shipping / Pick Up

We will not ship large items or anything deemed hazardous by the USPS. Please make sure your address is correct at the time you receive your invoice by email. We use USPS primarily due to their lower rates. We will use other carriers if needed. We are located in a rural area where we have limited shipping days and hours, so there might be a slight delay in getting items out the door.
