Shipping is available unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before items are shipped. All lots are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. The information on our lots are provided as a guide only. We do try our best to give accurate information as well as quality photos. Our lots will occationally have prop stands, a measuring tape, and/or other displays to help showcase the items in the pictures. They will be NOT be sold with the lot unless specifically stated. If boxes and containers are shown in the pictures, they are a part of the auction lot purchase. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Lots will start closing at 15 second intervals beginning at 7:00PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't effect other lots.) All sales are final. The credit or debit card you use to register will be automatically charged for any winning bids at the conclusion of the auction. If you have your items shipped, shipping costs will be charged (separately) to this same card when the shipping label is created. *If you wish to pay at the time of pickup, let us know BEFORE the auction ends. Currency - USD If you are paying at pickup, payment must be made within 72 hours after the auction ends. If not paid within that time, your card on file will be charged for the full invoice amount. Buyer Premium - A buyer's premium of 10% will be added. Taxes - No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responsible for paying any sales tax their state requires. You will receive an e-mailed invoice at the conclusion of the auction if you have won any items. All items MUST be picked up between: 10AM and 4PM on Saturday 7/9/2022 10AM and 4PM on Sunday 7/10/2022. 10AM and 4PM on Monday 7/11/2022. Failure to pickup your items within the time frame mentioned above may result in our not permitting you to participate in our future auctions. If you find that you might not be able to make it within the designated pick-up time frame, contact us as soon as possible to see if you can schedule an appointment for a later day/time. Unclaimed Lots: Any unclaimed lots after Monday August 1st, 2022 will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. By participating in this auction you are giving permission to Maniac Mark's Auction to email you about all upcoming events. We reserve the right to deny registration of an invidual to our auction. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
